Dysport®
Dysport® (abobotulinumotoxinA) is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with procerus and corrugator muscle activity in adult patients (65 years of age).
Botox®
Botox® Cosmetic is a natural, purified protein produced by the Clostridium Botulinum bacterium, administered directly into the overactive muscles that cause lines to form, blocking the nerve impulses that cause contractions. The protein remains localized and does not travel elsewhere in the body. This procedure has been widely tested and established, and is approved by the FDA for cosmetic use.
